What is the main difference between the Ultimate and Auto emergency survival kits ?

1. SIze - The Ultimate Kit is in a large 45 gal container, while the Auto kit is packed in a soft bag for easy transportation, 2. Weight - The Ultimate is heavy (over 75 lbs)_- the Auto is easily transported by one person(under 40 lbs) 3. Food - The Ultimate is full of canned name brand foods, while the auto has high energy emergency ration packs. 4. Menu - The Ultimate kit can be ordered with your choice of menu items for the food and drink.

How do I choose a menu for the Ultimate kit ?

Click on the Menu Choice button on this web site and fill in your preferences, then send them on-line to us to prepare your customised menu for the Ultimate kit.

How long will the supplies last unused ?

While the shelf life of the Auto kit supplies is several years, we recommend the food and water in the Ultimate kit be removed and restocked every 6 months.

Can I purchase and re-stock food and water myself every six months ?

Yes, the Ultimate kit is stocked with name brand cans, the same or similar as products you will find in your local food market.

Can I order a re-supply of food and water for my emergency kit ?

Yes, we will gladly restock both kits at your address every six months. We will notify you when your kit is due to be restocked, based on your purchase date. If you wish to change the menu on the restock, simply fill out another "Menu Choice" form on line by clicking the Menu Choice button.

How do I purchase Kits ?

Please fill out the "Order Kits and Choose Menu" form and we will contact you to discuss your preferred method of payment. After we have called to confirm your order, you can send a check, or pay with a credit card over the phone. We will also accept cash or check on a COD basis, when your kit is delivered by our delivery vehicle.

How do I receive my emergency kit order ?

Since the Ultimate kit is large and heavy, it is always delivered by our in-house service vehicle to your door. We will gladly move it to your preferred location at time of delivery. All other items can be delivered via the same vehicle or via UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

We will call or email a delivery date based on location, demand and availability, but generally kits will be delivered within 7 business days.

Is there a delivery charge ?

Delivery is included within 50 miles of our office in Lakewood (next to Long Beach). Fees for delivery beyond 50 miles will be calculated at time of order confirmation.
